Will be giving a slide show and talk on the formation of Pennington Flash Country park and how LOS helped save it from destruction. The slides depict the sites Industrial heritage, its development from the early 1900's to the present day.- Pithead gear, Steam trains, Landscapes, Birds, Flowers, Insects, Mammals and Fungi - Talk by David Shallcross Chairman of Leigh Ornithology Society
Admission on the night is £5 per person the proceeds to be split equally between Our Local Voice a local conservation organisation and Leigh Ornithology Society.
