By 'last Wednesday', I assume that's Wednesday 3rd December and not Wednesday 26th November ? Not that I'll be able to help much. Good luck tracking it down. I assume it's now been looked for if it was only 2 days ago.

One was apparently photographed last Wednesday near the Allen hide by two photographers, not birders. See detail on Lancaster and district BWS sightings page. If you know the photographer who still has a least one pic or even the one who deleted all his pics cos of the twig, please let Kevin Kelly know at Leighton Moss and we can hopefully retrieve this potential new county record
Excellent website - I'll have to find out exactly where GM is and see what my list is - I tend to see it as part of VC59 (c/f moth recording) - remember seeing Black-faced Bunting & River Warbler & picking up Bill Underwood for twitches but not a lot else!
