The often forgotten island - somewhere around the borders of Salford and Manchester - sees birds sing and mother natures dominance over man
The location is shrouded in a rich urban tapestry and boasts a fascinating landscape
Guests will be able to explore the hidden island situated close to Pomona Tram Stop accompanied by Manchester Ship Canal World Heritage Group ecologist James Walsh
It promises to an educational and most importantly fun day for all ages
Meet at Pomona Metrolink station at 10:30am
