Lots of plants now growing on the weedy upper section including at least 7 plants of Grass Vetchling and a nice upright form of Red Goosefoot.

Plenty of butterflies on the wing. Minimum counts were:

Small Tortoiseshell 5
Peacock 4
Comma 1
Orange Tip 1
