Perhaps we could put our sightings with regards the Big Garden Birdwatch Weekend in the county garden birds thread on the sightings forum please rather than on here

Hi all.

Just a reminder that this weekend is the RSPB's Big Garden Birdwatch for 2011. A great chance to be part of a massive nationwide survey to see how our garden birds are faring. You just need to spend a spare hour checking out what's in the garden (or park/open space if you don't have a garden) on either the 29th or 30th Jan, noting down what species you see and the maximum count for each species.

More info here - http://www.rspb.org.uk/birdwatch/

I look forward to hearing how everyone does on the forum!

Thanks. Henry.

Seems like yesterday when I was sat at the Dining Room window doing the first ever in 1979 after watching Blue Peter mention it on their programme. smile.gif

I will be again taking part 32 years on and counting!!!
