5 LBB gulls swooping (and landing) in our back garden this afternoon. They were after the remnants of a roast chicken which I had put out. Although we only have an average size garden gulls will spot a chicken carcass within minutes, but it has always been BH gulls in the past, which are very wary and circle for a while before landing, snatching a piece of the chicken and flying off again.
These LBB gulls were fearless, strutting about the garden and eating their fill!!!
