Reading this forum I get the strong impression that many birders don't know about the rest of this fabulous website (it's far more than just a forum, you know)
To those people I recommend you make http://www.manchesterbirding.com/ your home page and click at regular intervals on "What's New on this Website", which can be found at the top of the page - but all this has been said before.
I've just clicked on What's New and discovered "The Bovril Great Outdoors Revival" on the County Notice Board page.
Here you can read how your vote could win a share of £100,000 for improvements to Pennington Flash.
Apologies to Ian for repeating some of the Notice Board information on the forum but I thought it was too important to risk people missing this chance to vote.
