Big thanks first of all to this forum and members who helped us organise our holiday especially Mel B.
I realy dont know where to begin but the island is such a beautiful place and for birdwatching its paradise.
Visits to Calgary,Iona, grass point, loch na keal, glen more, laggen, tobermory are all worth mentoning with very good sightings of golden and sea eagles, hen harriers, buzzards and kestrel and the wildlife wasnt bad either with otters, common and grey seals, red and fallow dear, basking sharks, dolphins and mountain hare.
the island tours are well worth the money and I would def book one of these again.
Too many different species of birds to bore you all with but what i liked was the tameness of the birds they come realy close to you. hope to visit again one daybiggrin.gifbiggrin.gif
