30 to 40 lapwings seen flying over the canal near Newton Heath Health Centre about 1.45pm today. In wonder if these aree our old friends the "Carpet right " lot who used to congregate on that building.[I must say that I haven't seen them on it on the rare occasions that I have driven past]
