This morning approx. 08:00 9 Whooper Swans over Acacia Crescent with 1 Pink Footed Goose in front of the swans calling incessantly which caused me to notice them.
Spotted Flycatcher late morning at west end of Beech Hill Lane, Wigan, along footpath to left along valley, also 2 Goldcrest and a Nuthatch among a tit flock
Beech Hill 4.20 - 4.30 Just got home to approx 1000 Gulls going over the house heading south they looked to be coming from worthington and could have been headed to the flashes i could have missed a lot more as i dont know how they had been passing through looed to be mainly Herring and L b b Gulls sized birds with a few B H gulls mixed in
