RE: Strainsdale

Only 100? Damn, should have gone up while it was quietbiggrin.gif

Plovers would be good, but bewaredisbelief.gif acccording to various sources the area has Lesser Spot., Goshawk, and Glaucous Gull!

If it is Strinesdale, Oldham, made my second ever visit there Sunday afternoon. No Golden Plovers in the fields though there were about 20 Lapwing. 5 Little Grebes on upper resr. Oh, and about 100 dog walkers!!!

Do you mean Strinesdale Resrs at SD957067? It's just that there isn't a Strinesdale on the county database. There is also a place called Strines near Marple.
