I am going on Friday to the Bird Fair so if anyone would like me to pick up a report for them (eg to leave in Heaton Park Hide) I can do so.

Can I reiterate what Adrian has said in the posting before this. We use the WeBS counts a lot in the county bird report, but their annual report is always necessarily a few years behind ours! It's really important that if participants send their data in online, they either keep a copy, or they can access their own records and obtain an Excel copy which they can send to me. We can't access the online records, only the particpant can do that.

For those going to the BirdFair this year you should be able to pick up WeBS Report and be given a demonstration of WeBS online.

Will those who will be using WeBS online please let me know by contacting me on a.dancy@ntlworld.com

I hope you enjoy the BirdFair.

Many thanks

Adrian
