Male Peregrine Falcon over Wallgate again this morning, have checked around Trencherfield and Eckersley Mills for signs its been around longer but without any luck, was going to check the church opposite Go Outdoors this lunch time when I spotted a Female Sparrowhawk with a Feral Pigeon on the car park, she quickly got it into the hedges surrounding the car park and dispatched it and was completely oblivious to the people and traffic going by, thanks to David Wilson who quickly turned up with mine and his cameras

I saw it this morning Jimmy, noisily chasing 4 Jackdaw off past the Scholes tower blocks (maybe the same four seen by Paul yesterday?). Must have been an impressive sight for any residents of the flats.

Raven back on territory calling loudly for about an hour i think it was the male but no sign of its mate yet.
I've yet to see any display flights yet of any of the birds in the years of them being in the town centre.
