bottom of walford? road, path goes through to golborne, includes woodland area with pond and farmland, couple of streams. connects with path from ashton heath past haydock race course and into golborne. quite a big area.

spent a couple of hours walking round there today. few interesting flyovers I couldnt identify by sound. one of these days ill learn how. apart from that nothing special...

blue and great tits
2 bullfinch (one very close and loud, but failed to see it. how can you miss a bright red bird in a leafless tree )
10 pheasant
2 kestrel
1 heron stood in a field (what was it doing?)
jays, wrens, robins, usual stuff really.
