Another, from a Liverpool church - nesting area set up by dedicated local enthusiasts who monitor the site
One of last year's birds (male, if I remember) died from canker, presumably caught from feral pigeons, but another stepped in rather quickish
Someone mentioned 5 nests around the city this year

Here's a good link to view a live Peregrine nest at Nottingham Uni. There are currently 3 chicks. When the eggs were first laid, the nest was virtually covered in snow, and we thought they would probably freeze. Obviously not.

Below is the link for the Peregrine webcam - though the pictures aren't very good quality.
There was a panic today, as none of the chicks could be seen from the fixed camera. Anyway, all 4 are OK - they have wandered further along the ledge (as they did last year). It's a very long ledge.
