I have been quite rightly informed that it is worth reinforcing to users of the forum that although sightings from Shell Pool itself should not be posted here, it is important that they should still be forwarded on to the county bird recorder. I will also clear up any confusion in that sightings from around Carrington Moss, including up to Shell are very welcome on the forum

Officials from the site have asked that bird news not be aired on this forum and it is only right that we follow their instructions.
