Now Mr. (I still think they all believe I'm not doing a county year list) Woosey, the species on the Tournament list were very carefully thought out, over a nice bottle of merlot if I'm not mistaken, very late at night and in about 5 minutes, so I'll have less , as for Rob (seeking post county year listing counselling) Adderley, another year of competitive birding in the county could easily see him launching his bins in favour of a mercury vapour light moth trap like so many before him...............
Agreed though, Black-necked Grebes are a fine bird and would be worth points if it weren't for the reasons I've given you already, coupled with the fact that you've found one
Now just what sort of a competition is it whereby no points are awarded for a fine county bird such as a Black-necked Grebe ? ? ? I know I`ve given you some stick via txt, but take some more Macker ! ........Little Egrets indeed ! It`s no wonder the Adderley`s will have nothing to do with this buffoonery !
THE best birder in Manchester? Luckiest? Out more than most? I'm top for the time being, but that's all it is and I'm grateful for that..............long may it last though!
