A drake Pintail and Kingfisher on Pearson's today, along 12 Goldeneye etc. The drake Pintail flew off and I re-found it on Horrocks Flash (at the back) later.

Three birds (1 drake and 2 ducks) appeared at Meadow Pit Lake, Haigh yesterday (Sat 9th). This is a spot where they were regular last year, with up to 15. Four years ago they were unknown in this area. Art they about any where else at the moment?
