Ivan,  thats very kind thank you , but I have plenty of bird tomes, you have however gain my interest in this book , tis one that slipped through my radar and I will  now spend some time now researching this.

Always best to keep them on your shelves , I sold a few book last year that I regret now, and its hard to get them back

Ivan yes sorry they appeared to have updated it in 2007.2008 and it does appear to be a as you say priced between £40 and £100 which is a big difference.

I will put my cheap copy back on the shelf

Happy selling and Keep Birding

Paul, think you may be getting mixed up. There is another Collins guide to birds of prey which sells for a couple of quid. This is a pic of the one I have got- the best one. This goes on the internet for between 40 and 400 pounds. If you can find them much cheaper I will buy the lot off you.
