RE: Opticron In Store Day

The mystery bird quiz is now launched and the sheets are in the shop, the competition will run as usual over the period of the Opticron In-Store Day and for 4 weeks afterwards. Greater Manchester birders have had great success in these competitions so why not pop in and try your hand at it. The quiz sheets will be in the viewing lounge next to the box in which to post your entries.

It would be great if any Forum Members who I haven't previously met can make themselves known to me, come & say hi & I will try to get a special forum members free gift exclusively for folk on here who say hello on the day smile Won't promise I can run to a pair of Swaros but I'll see what I can find

Just to let everyone know, albeit at quite short notice, that this coming Saturday, the 7th of November, there will be an Opticron In Store Day at the Higher Whitley Focalpoint Showroom. The event will run from 10am until 4pm and Chris Galvin, Opticron Rep and Birder, will be on hand to show the Opticron range of optics and answer any technical questions that you may have.

There will be special in-store offers for that day only on Opticron products and as usual free refreshments and light bites will be available to all. A mystery bird quiz will again run with prizes of Focalpoint Vouchers and Opticron goodies for entrants.

Pop into the shop and say hello and maybe pop in to one of the many birding spots nearby such as Marbury CP/Neumann's Flash, Moore NR, Burton Mere Wetlands RSPB or evn Newchurch Common where the female Smew continues to show smile
