two brooks valley bury (other wildlife)

very cold much frozen so not much about

harvestman Megabunus diadema in a stump
This has a conspicuous and protruding structure 'ocularium' for the eyes with a row of spikes like eye lashes above each eye and on the legs, rather like a extra in the rocky horror picture show. It feeds on mosses and lichen. Is widespread. NBN has nearest record Chorley with others scattered but this record resourse is work in progress.

Spider Amaurobius fenestralis very common and pretty spider.

Eyed Flat-backed Millipede - Nanogona polydesmoides
common in UK but on international level restricted to UK and some European local countries only
