8.40 to 9.20 am today:

Peregrine on usual ledge in the sunshine. Flew off for a few minutes to get breakfast!
Not much else around the park this morning.
Pity to see the small ''nature reserve'' is now locked up like the Rock Garden.

Arriving today in the car park, for the morning dog walk, to be met by a Treecreeper.
Climbing the nearest tree to my vehicle,3 or 4 yards away, and then called from the top of the next tree.
My first in this Park

After an afternoon of not seeing very much around the Horwich and Anglezarke Moors areas, it was nice to see the Peregrine high up on the ledge around the chimney on the way home. Luckily I had my scope with me and although the light was starting to go, I got some good views of this Boltonian townie, which I'm calling Dibnah from now on.
