Arriving at the car park with dog at 9.43, I thought I glimpsed two birds on the chimney ledge. Immediately
a largish Peregrine was in aerial combat with a larger Raven sized bird. The Peregrine stooped a few time to see it off,
towards Halliwell. After some victory laps, the Peregrine was back on the ledge at 9.48
Also seen were loose flocks of Chaffinch and Blue Tits (12+ Chaffinch). One of the Carrion Crows, here, had white bars
right across the middle of it's wings.
15 Mallards and a Moorhen on the car park lodge.

Peregine on chimney ledge all the time. (11.45 to 12.35).

A new facility has opened, in the Park called ''The Hive''. Lancashire Wildlife Trust are involved.
I think it's a Moth/ butterfly enclosure. Presumably bees are in there somewhere!
