Mildenhall, Suffolk

Well I'm returning home to Manchester from my families tomorrow :( So thought I'd do a quick write up of what I've managed to see in my time here!

Garden
- Sparrows (more in the garden than you can shake a stick at)
- Coal tit
- Great tit
- Blue tit
- Black headed gull (overhead)
- LBB gull (overhead)
- Cormorant (overhead)
- Blackbird
- Robin
- Collared dove
- Wood pigeon

Out and about
- Kingfisher at a couple of spots (Lackford Lakes being one)...including in drainage ditches on farm land 3/4 mile from the nearest natural watercoarse! They're there daily apparently!
- Barn owl - on aforementioned farm land...first spotted no more than 10ft from car! Proceeded to have a fight with kestrel.
- Kestrel x15
- Marsh harrier floated 40ft over head as I was cycling today...last seen over RAF Mildenhall
