Phil had an adult Med today and a 1st winter yesterday at Rumworth. Also the colour ringed Cormorant, ringed in the Bristol Channel 2003, was there again today.

There is a footpath (which is currently extremely muddy!) just off Beaumont Road and is roughly situated at the highest point of the road (there is a stile over the fence), just before the cottages on the lodge side of the road. The footpath leads right down to the waters edge, so be careful to check any gulls first incase you flush them, but most of them loaf around in the middle of the lodge anyway.
Directions can also be found under the 'County Site Guides' page on the website.

Where is the best place to gain access to this lodge. Is there a path that gets you nearer than the roads do?
