Both birds still present at dusk. 2 ad Yellow-legged Gulls and big numbers of Herring (c400). Also leucistic Black-headed Gull, 60 Lapwings & 3 Teal.

Hi Andrew, the Kingfisher was only there briefly when I first arrived. I've seen it quite a few times recently, usually spooking it off number 1. I've flushed it twice (including last night) from below the fenced area midway along the causeway between 1+3.

If it was you and someone else who pointed out the yellow legged gull to me on audenshaw today i would like to say a big thank you !!!!. I should have stuck around as i would have loved to see my first Kingfisher. And also i finally saw the G.N Divers as well after 2 weeks of trying.

The 2 GN Divers still on no 2 Resv this afternoon (16th) and a 1st winter Med Gull in the roost.
