I forgot to post bits from the WeBS count there last week so, although wildfowl numbers were very low I did manage 5 Green Sands, a dozen Snipe, 2 Willow Tit and a single Chiffchaff (latter 2 not part of the WeBS count of course!).
Didn't see the aythya hybrid, which is the bird that's been around Pennington for afew years now, but it could have been hiding behind the island, the 2 Kingfishers are a good record though.
