Bolton (20mile radius) is the main UK epicentre for this dog disease, which is nearly always quickly fatal.
The latest case is at Lostock, and warning notices are at the Dam and St John's Wood.
The 26 cases recorded, within the above radius, are more than large parts of the UK including London.
Possibility too, of cases after dogs being walked, at Moses Gate and Leverhulme Park.
I have stopped taking my dog on birding trips by the Dam and wood.
N.B.Terry Sykes has just mentioned this matter on our Rumworth thread. Thanks Terry.
