Frodsham - Marsh Lane, over M56, fork left (Moorditch Lane), mind the pot-holes, after 400 yards take 1st Right up ramp, single track with occasional passing places, along straight for 600 yards then stop before right+left bend & view
Likely other birders/photographers there too; can climb small bank to view better (mind the nettles). Only a few yards to walk. Best viewed when light starts fading

There have been 20,000 at Newchurch Common, Steve, but as you know quite a walk and wellies essential, so maybe not the ideal scenario?
Are there any murmurations happening local to Manchester, worst case up to 50 mile away?
I am asking on behalf of a local lady, whom has an elderly relative who cannot walk great distances wanting to see one.
Have pointed out Blackpool, Martin Mere and Marbury/Neumann Flash, but was wondering if there are any others..
They are prepared to walk a little but sounds like they would prefer to watch from the car..
Many thanks
