I "invested" in a phoneskope case recently.
It's a bit of a pest fiddling about with the cases but I did that at home before going out.
Not cheap but I works fairly well.

Hiya John. As you say to phonescope stuff then the usual thing is to remove the phone to fit it into the PhoneSkope, Swaro, Opticron or whatever adapter you use. There are some universal adapters that witll accomodate a case around the phone but they are bigger & more cumbersome. It kinda defeats the object of carrying hardly anything in addition to a phone that would be with you anyway, and thereby haveing a digiscoping kit. I can look a bit more into the PhoneSkope case you mention when I am back in work on Wednesday, I will check out dimensions & could chat to the supplier for you, leave it with me

I am looking for some advice (Doc Brewster?). I have a iPhone 5SE protected by a chunky, but effective, i-Blason armourbox (as in this link https://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B00VVSBKWW/ref=s9_acsd_hps_bw_c_x_3)
I am considering buying a PhoneSkope type adapter but do not want to remove my phone each time from my existing armourbox to refit into the Phoneskope adapter.
Phoneskope do offer a product that fits a similar armoured 'Otterbox' case but it is expensive and I am not sure of the comparative dimensions.
Does anyone have any experience of this?
The dimensions of my Armourbox (including all the bumps and lumps) is 130x67x14.5mm and I would be fitting it to a 59mm eyepiece.
