25 Redwing near Fairfield train station at 15:45 this afternoon. And Ring Necked Parakeet over.

From my sister's garden, yesterday evening. She lives close to the reservoirs
40+ Swift 3 Sand Martin Swallow House Martin 30+ House Sparrow - lots of young birds around Blackbird - pair appeared to have a nest in a hawthorn adjacent to the garden Long-tailed Tit - at least one young bird Dunnock and Wren - both singing Starling - several birds flying over Carrion Crow Jackdaw Collared Dove

Seems like the correct thread.
Whilst sat with the girlfriend in the Fairfield Arms on Manchester Rd near the old Trough the other day, a Collared Dove landed close by. It had a turquoise blue ring on its leg but the legs are so short and the naturally low gait and jizz of the bird would've rendered it impossible to check for a number. Anyone know if there's any significance with the blue ring? Cheers

This morning around first light
c200 Jackdaw landed in trees and on grass at Audenshaw School (presumably birds from Fairfield GC roost)
