2 Ravens over the cemetery this morning, mobbed by Crows Birds in the cemetery included a flock of 31 Carrion Crow, singing Goldcrest and a calling Nuthatch

I was showing my wife the duck pond in the park today. Nice to see plenty of Moorhens around - there were many young ones a few months ago and perhaps they've thrived and stayed on? Usual birds around the park, but best was a Goldcrest flitting through foilage near the lake.

Had a flirt today here
4 Great Spotted Woodpeckers (views never decent, stuck to the trees bordering the Medlock) 2 x Nuthatch, usual tits and finches, fair few Magpies, Robins, Wrens, Mistle Thrush etc etc.
Also, 2 Lesser-black Backed Gulls taking turns to share a streetlight vantage point on the fringes.
