Just asking the question, was today's Sand Martin at Elton the earliest ever in GM and have there been any records of other Summer migrants before this date which is actually still Winter !!!! Cheers Ian

it,s a daunting read but with a bit of practice you,ll find a wealth of info in there,Yellow Wagtail (summer migrant) 1991/2000 average arrival 6/4, flinched from the 2007 report.Make sure you get yours.

I was at Carrington the other day and the farmer was spraying something on the crops. Is this what he does every year or is this a new thing? If it is, does anyone think it'll affect the wagtails? Many thanks, Joe
