these so called people who did this do not deserve the right to walk on the same planet as the nature they destroyed. A prison on the moon or mars where they are not endangering any life except each others. Even that's too good for these morons. It's all well and good taking the softly softly approach and thinking what their background is like but it takes a sick and twisted mind to do something like this. Serial killers usually start with animals or pets, these numbskulls should be treated as a serious menace to society and the consequences should be severe, although they'll probably get a fine and suspended sentence.
I'd like to see them getting a suspended sentence................being hanged.

Weirdly I first heard about these vermin via a tweet from GrrrlScientist in New York. Deeply depressing. The place does seem to be a basket case like Sudan or The Yemen

A good few years ago I helped put up a number of nestboxes in Wythenshawe Park with the M/c RSPB group. When we went to check them in the autumn everyone was full of air rifle pellets, needless to say we quickly took them all back down to avoid any more birds being shot the following year.As this was nearly 30 years ago(showing my age now) looks like the offspring of the original scumbags have taken over from their parents..

Make that six in total now (according to BBC) - scumbags like this will never do anything worthwhile with their lives and will continue to cause problems for society which would be glad to see the back of them

Two teenagers have so far been arrested in relation to this incident.
No doubt they can look forward to a jolly good ticking off or perhaps even receiving the dreaded ASBO. Bet they're quaking in the boots now

I hope they catch and shame them. This is mindless destruction and cruelty.
