Excellent news!

I have just been on the wigan evening post web site at wigantoday.net & the council have decided that there will be no new roads being built in wigan as they have all been shelved indefinetly due to the cutbacks which is great news for the wildlife & we can all watch the wildlife in peace & quiet.
