I think Dunnocks generally have two broods but are known to have had up to three.
Some pairs stick together but some males have more than one female and visa-versa so things can get quite complicated with Dunnocks!!
Cheers

Happy Father's Day to all you fathers
Can anybody tell me how many broods Dunnocks has?
I have a pair making regular visits to my garden this year. There used to be only 1 that visited regular but it seems to have got itself a mate now. They seem to be situated in some leylandii at the front of the house where there has been a lot of singing and chasing about, unforgently I am unable to spot a nest as the Leylandii are situated behind a fence and unable to look up throught the conifers.
Regards
Ian
