Over the last few years there has been an increase in pigeons nesting on the bay roofs on our road in Swinton. They are making a mess of the roofs and windows and now seem to devouring all the bread and seed on peoples bird tables, to the point that some neighbours have stopped putting food out which obviously affects other birds
Does anyone have any ideas or suggestions on how to deter them from breeding or force them away.
I won't to avoid involving the council or any other sort of pest control.
"Bird" being one enormously fat Wood Pigeon which flaps down noisily and eats the lot, then can hardly move.
You never see that on the seed packets which suggest you'll get about twenty species of tits and finches in your garden!
