Large numbers of Willow Warblers, and Blackcaps, with quite a few Chiffchaffs thrown in. An unringed Dipper on the River Medlock too.
Lots of fledged Long Tailed Tits and Blue Tits too and wild flowers all in bloom!
quite a few Whitethroats around now and a Garden Warbler skulking about!

A Mooch last night. And it was noticable that there were less birds than last week.
The main bird of note was an unringed Dipper on the Medlock.
A few more Willow Warblers, less Blackcaps and a bird call that I couldnt ID!! I have had Spotted Flycathers here before, but it wasnt one of those. It gave up calling and I frustratedly mooched off.
I will go back and try and ID it!
Swallow numbers still on the increase though!
