Early morning visit and 1st time visit. Surprised at the ampunt of land there is surrounding the site. Not much on show but it was early and the weather wasnt too bright. \spent a very pleasurable 20mins or so watching parent wrens attempting to feed a brood of 4 chicks (noisy little blighters)

Had a short walk in the area this morning:
Great Crested Grebe
Skylark
Sparrowhawk (male and female soaring high)
Grasshopper Warbler (south of fir tree flash in reedy area west of path) reeling and showing well
