I received this e-mail the other day Today while sitting in Grosvener Square Gardens just off Oxford Road in Manchester My friend and I saw this parrot (see pics) after a local tipped us off . It seems somebody could be aware of its presence as there was a seed feeder out for it but we were concerned about its future welfare as the days get cooler and winter approaches.
