Thats an impressive number of harriers and I might even take a trip out to see that soon, only record I can find is of 36 birds roosted in West Norfolk on 1st September 1991.
Mine you one in manchester would make me a happy birder.

Birdguides report 98 Marsh Harriers at Stubb Mill, Hickling, Norfolk this morning. I can't recall ever hearing of such a flock in the UK, has anybody else ?
Some stats from BTO. British population 201 females in 1998 to 2002. First record from 1544, from fossil evidence. European population size at 53 to 80 thousand pairs.
