Hi Si and welcome to the forum. You're well placed here around the airport but there aren't too many birders around here. Suprisingly the land surrounding it is very good for some farmland birds.
I presume you are north of the airport then? If you need to know anything just ask. Please tell us how you get on.

i'm pretty new to it i'm still wanting a few common species i was chuffed last summer when i saw my first whitethroat at the back of the airport only found beacuase i heard it singing and wasnt familar with the song..

Find a Lesser Spotted Woodpecker or a breeding Ring-necked Parakeet in Dunham Massey and you will be very popular on this forum!
