Aha, 2 more excellent examples from Mr. McKerchar's acclaimed ' Archive of Avian A***h****s'
Have you noticed that so many of the birds are flying AWAY from the camera, almost as if they could see something. (Hint. Ditch the big red hide)
(Sorry, couldn't resist, and I've no idea what they are, as usual)

Mr McKerchars obviously got his comedian hat on with this months competition. So I thought I'd just let people know my thoughts.
The first one I dont actually believe is a bird!
The second one is definitely a bird!
Therefore if anone wants to PM me with any pointers I'm more than happy to recieve them.

Be very carefull when discussing the Mystery Bird Competition with your mates!! Although no information actually changed hands, a devious text arrived on my phone with similar but completley wrong answers for the birds. e.g "The bird comp was easy this month, Stock Dove and Herring Gull?". To think people would stoop so low!You know who you are and I am on to you

It will be back, most probably at the start of the new year, basically due to the need to accumulate sufficient mystery bird photos! Loosing everything I had at the beginning of 2007 really cleared me out

first of all congrats to dave broome and runners up rob and sonia, the first gm mystrey bird comp has concluded, but come on ian it,s high time for the next lot, maybe a few extras to fill in the winter nights wouldn,t go a miss,if you have,nt joined in check the main website for details and in between the answers (cos ian,s to polite to mention those who got em wrong) you can just see the months were i didn,t get in the frame despite hours of checking the guides
