Went to Stocks res. this a.m. to try to see the great grey shrike thats been around all week with Peter&Norma Johnson. Needless to say we didnt spot it, although it had been seen this morning. Ive never been before and its an impressive place, lots of siskin and redpoll about and large numbers of teal on the res itself
