There have been up to 8 in Birchfields (see the posts re Ring-necked Parakeets - old habits die hard!) and I was pretty sure that this is the same group now being seen in Chorlton Park.
It would be good to try and establish if there is any cross over - or if the birds now in Chorlton return to near Birchfields to roost. This location is pretty much en route from one site to the other.
I'm interested in any sightings - preferably timed and dated if possible.

Jo Fraser has passed on sightings of Rose Ringed/Ringed-necked Parakeets seen in Whalley Range last week:
"I saw them on 3 days last week - up to 6 flying
across the block bounded by Alness, Manley, Brantingham Roads & Alex Road
South - very near Alex Park, Postcode M16 8HW."
Sounds like the Birchfield Park birds, but I didn't realise there were this many.
Sean.
