Also forgot to mention tried counting the gliders and got
17 Swifts (one my favourite and very glad to have them back)

Along with Sand Martins and Swallow.

Forget to mention that the 2 scalies I saw, 1 had a riffle and they looked they were up to no good. Shooting Woodpigeons maybe?

A Little Grebe is nesting in a small pool within the peat works car park was told they are planning to build a road over the pool

Also 2 scalies who looked like the dingles were sneaking around the woods next to peat pools with an air riffle but wet their pants when a lot of horses came galloping at them. That capped off a fantastic spring morning
