There's a Red Necked Phalarope, female in breeding plumage, reported last 2 days. From united utilities hide.

Jake, I think you`d better forward those 20 Eider on to the Lancs & N.M/side county recorder - I`m sure he`d be very interested !

well i know its not in the county but i thought i would post todays sightings on here
500 + shellduck 20 + whoopers
20 + moorhen(most building nest) 10 + goldfinch
10 tree sparrow 10 greenfinch
50 black-headed gull 20 chaffinch
400 + mallard 1 bullfinch
2 oyster catcher 8 reed buntings
10 wren 2 dunnocks
2 wood pigeon 30 pigeons
5 coot 4 collard dove
100+ wigeon 2 rock dove
3 godwit 10 goosander
10 canad geese 20 eider
5 greylag geese
merlin
lapwings 500 +
2 phesant (male)
20 avocet
1 ringed plover
1 bar headed goose
2 cormerant
perrigrine pair
i also treated myself to a new tripod at in focus!
hope it was ok to put it on here
