Regarding the "Collared Dove 4" reported by Tim, there were 19 together in the last paddock on the right before the flooded paddock about 11.00. By the time I walked up and down the flooded part only four remained. I've not seen a flocking of Collared Doves like this before....

Spent several hours around sewage works and carrington moss from approx 10am
Had 2 green sandpipers. As I arrived a bird took off and as it went up a second slightly more dishevelled bird went up with it. They looked to be flying off but circled for some time, with the less smart bird landing back on pool. Cannot say where other went as they were too far apart to follow both birds and I only stayed on one which came down.
Had great view of grasshopper warbler, which sat on an exposed branch for some 10 mins reeling away.
also 16 swift Sand and house martins over sewage works, too difficult to count. 6 Swallows several blackcap, inc a pair several common whitethroat, inc one carrying fecal sac 2 grey heron reed bunting reed warbler (h)
Also a possible fly over hobby. when close bird was only a silhouette and went away very quickly and dropped behind trees so cannot be sure,
