This morning 2 Wigeon, 5 Gadwall , 1 Goosander, 1 Oystercatcher, 6 Lapwings and 2 Ring necked Parakeets. c300 Swifts early morning included an aberrant bird with a white band across the belly and identical white patches on the leading edge of both wings giving it a landing lights effect viewed head on (photo on the website galleries).

Yesterday 2 1st summer Grey Plovers dropped in mid morning, departed around 12:30.

1 Common Tern and 3 Little Gulls went through before 6:30 1 Black-necked Grebe on No3 1 Arctic Tern lingered for a few minutes 3 further Little Gulls dropped in after 8am then after I had left at 9am another 19 dropped in so 22 together at this time. fairly quiet otherwise, 1 Oystercatcher 1 Little Ringed Plover 7 Lapwing possibly 2 Wheatear c50 Sand Martin c5 Swallow 5 Mute Swan, 1 adult, 4 immature. 5 Goldeneye.
