Church Lane Flood: 2 Oystercatchers. Water evaporating pretty quickly
Old Hall Lane: 1 Peregrine over from Church Lane area towards airfield buildings 1 Kestrel 3 Common Buzzards
Adam,
I don't mean to be argumentative, but I don't think it's evaporating at 8 degrees celcius!! Seeping into the ground is much more likely. These days if it doesn't rain for three or four days, in most places the ground just soaks up all moisture due to all the drains in place, even if they are in adjoining fields.
